Terms

These terms apply when you use by.robocloth, customise garments, upload artwork or place an order through the webshop.

Made-To-Order Production

Products are manufactured after an order is placed. We aim to produce webshop orders within one week, but timelines may vary for larger, bespoke or technically complex work.

Artwork And Rights

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it on the garment you order. You remain responsible for uploaded designs, including text, images, trademarks and other protected material.

Order Review

We may refuse or cancel orders that contain unlawful, harmful or rights-infringing content, or where production is technically not possible. If this happens after payment, we will contact you about the next step.

Pricing And Payment

Prices are shown in the webshop at checkout. Shopify securely processes checkout and payment. Additional taxes, duties or shipping charges may be shown before payment where applicable.

Product Appearance

We work to represent products and prints accurately, but screen colours, fabric behavior and placement previews can vary. Small production tolerances may occur with made-to-order garments.
