Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to run the webshop and produce your order, including contact details, shipping details, order selections, uploaded artwork, messages sent through our forms and technical information such as browser, device and usage data.

How We Use Information

• To create, manufacture, ship and support your orders.
• To store uploaded artwork so it can be connected to your Shopify order.
• To respond to designer submissions, brand enquiries and support messages.
• To protect the webshop, prevent abuse and improve the customer experience.

Service Providers

We use carefully selected providers to operate the store, including Shopify for checkout and commerce, Supabase for design file storage, Netlify for hosting and transactional email services for form submissions. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services.

Cookies & Advertising

We use Google Ads to understand how visitors find us and how our advertising performs. By default no advertising cookies are set: Google's tag runs in consent mode with all storage denied until you choose "Accept" in our cookie banner. If you accept, Google may set cookies to measure ad conversions and personalise advertising. If you decline, only cookieless, aggregated signals are sent to Google.

You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Essential store functionality — your cart, checkout and design uploads — does not depend on advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep order and production information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, meet accounting obligations, support customers and protect our business. Uploaded artwork connected to an order may be retained with that order record for production and support.
