Information We Collect
We collect the information needed to run the webshop and produce your order, including contact details, shipping details, order selections, uploaded artwork, messages sent through our forms and technical information such as browser, device and usage data.
How We Use Information
- To create, manufacture, ship and support your orders.
- To store uploaded artwork so it can be connected to your Shopify order.
- To respond to designer submissions, brand enquiries and support messages.
- To protect the webshop, prevent abuse and improve the customer experience.
Service Providers
We use carefully selected providers to operate the store, including Shopify for checkout and commerce, Supabase for design file storage, Netlify for hosting and transactional email services for form submissions. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services.
Retention
We keep order and production information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, meet accounting obligations, support customers and protect our business. Uploaded artwork connected to an order may be retained with that order record for production and support.
