Returns & Refunds
Every by.robocloth garment is made to order. This lets us reduce waste, but it also means return handling depends on whether the item is personalised, defective or incorrect.
Personalised Orders
Because customised garments are produced specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind, wrong size selection or design choice once production has started.
Faulty Or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@robocloth.com. Include your order number and clear photos so we can assess the issue quickly.
Refunds And Replacements
When an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a suitable remedy such as replacement, repair or refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
Samples And Brand Projects
For samples, brand production and bespoke projects, return and remake terms may be confirmed separately before production starts.
